Can people with diabetes prevent the onset of diabetic eye disease? During this observance, Prevent Blindness America will offer information to help the 5.3 million Americans aged 18 and older who suffer from diabetic eye disease. It also is an ideal time to get a vision checkup to determine whether corrective care is needed.
