National Cheese Fondue Day is an opportunity to celebrated the gooey, stringy, melted goodness of cheese. Cheese fondue originated in the Swiss Alps, but now is savored all over the world. Gruyere and Swiss cheeses are popular in fondue recipes, but all different recipes can be attempted to find the right flavor profile.
