All foods can generally be enjoyed in moderation, although it's best to go sparingly on fatty and sugary items. On National Junk Food Day, people who may normally enjoy healthy diets have permission to loosen up and enjoy their favorite junk food treats. These may include chips, desserts and other snacks, or comfort foods like burgers and fries.
