May
This is the month to focus on civility and to discard “civility-challenged” behaviors (such as ignoring others in favor of cell phone conversations, driving aggressively, prying into personal details, arriving late and much more). Considerate conduct includes acknowledging others, giving and accepting praise, apologizing earnestly, being a considerate guest, among others.
Civility is also an important trait to have in the workforce. Individual and corporate employees can learn about the various impacts appearance, behavior, communication skills, etiquette, and international protocol can have on business.
