This event highlights the safety radio efforts of volunteer REACT Teams worldwide. REACT communications specialists receive emergency radio calls and relay them to authorities. REACTers also teach correct emergency radio use to the public. They provide two-way safety radio communications for local events, parades, walkathons, etc, on request. Teams also offer speakers on radio safety to community groups.
