The first Friday in March is set aside for Employee Appreciation Day. This is an opportunity for employers to tell and show their staffs that all of their hard work is greatly appreciated. While March (with Employee Appreciation Month and Day) is when employee appreciation is recognized, business owners and managers can show their appreciation to workers all year long. Companies can tell colleagues, coworkers, and employees how much they are valued and that their contributions to the job any day of the year are commendable.
