February 14th, 2023 Valentine's Day is celebrated on February 14, and the day was named after an early Christian martyr. Now Valentine's Day is one of the most widely observed unofficial holidays. It is an occasion for the exchange of gifts (usually books, flowers or sweets) and greeting cards with affectionate or humorous messages.
