It can be challenging for people who have Celiac disease to enjoy homemade desserts because they have to avoid gluten products. Gluten-Free Baking Week is an opportunity to make recipes that are gluten-free so everyone can get into the holiday spirit. It runs the week preceding Christmas each year.
