Pizza Hut and the Center for the Book in the Library of Congress established National Young Reader's Week to remind Americans of the joys and importance of reading for young people. Schools, libraries, families and communities nationwide use this week to celebrate reading in a variety of ways.
Promote the benefits of reading during this event and year-round. Search the Editorial Library for various feature articles on the importance of reading, how to make it more fun for children and ways to improve performance in school.
