Golf greats battle it out on the green during the U.S. Senior Open Championship. The first U.S. Senior Open Championship was played June 27- June 30, 1980, on the East Course of Winged Foot Golf Club in Mamaroneck, N.Y. This year's competition is held at the Warren Golf Course at the Notre Dame Course Tour. 2019 marks the 40th anniversary of the event.
